Exchanges & Returns

No Hassle Exchange or Refund

By returning items you are agreeing to these terms below

  • Returns must be within 30 days via post with tracking (we will not take responsibility for any losses)
  • Labels must be still attached to item and it is returned in original undamaged packaging/boxes with tags in place.
  • Garments must be as NEW, never washed, without odors, have not been worn, soiled or damaged in any way. Please fold garment neatly and flat. We will examine the articles before any returns will be accepted.
  • The items must not have been changed or altered in any way
  • All postage costs will be paid for, on exchanges & returns, these are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Exchanges - You may exchange your item for a different size/colour or another suitable item.
  • Refunds – All refunds paid will be less the original postage costs and will take approx 7-14 business days to process
  • Discount Vouchers cannot be used for exchanges

To Process Your Exchange

  • Contact us first to notify us of the exchange/return, by emailing us. Please use your order number as a reference.
  • Post back your exchange/return items to:
  • Pink Parrot Marketing, PO Box 5198, Q Supercentre, Mermaid Waters QLD 4218 & include your original order number
Faulty Item Claims - All faulty item claims will be returned to our suppliers/manufacturers to be checked for manufactures fault or wearer fault, before we can process the repair or replacement

Australian Delivery Times 

Unfortunately there are delays in shipping at this time because of the Covid-19, with the limited planes flying at the moment, it is taking more time to get to your state. I can guarantee delivery, but it will be delayed.

    1. Spangla Orders: Your order is manufactured especially for you - Dispatch at this time is approx. 10-15 business days. if there are delays we will notify you of the changes
    2. Due to the volume of orders we receive, an item may go out of stock before we are able to make updates to our web site. You will be notified immediately if this happens so you can make changes to your order before it is processed.
    3. All our orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard E-Parcel and Express Post E-Parcel. Australia Post will email you up to date tracking details which will show as PP Marketing. Customers may choose to have their parcel delivery left at their address or changed to a new address, we are not responsible for any lost deliveries, this is the responsibility of the buyer

    3. International Customs and Duties: All foreign customs, import duties and any taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Spangla/Pink Parrot Marketing will not pre-pay these charges. 
    4. Spangla/Pink Parrot Marketing will not accept responsibility for losses in the Australia Post or foreign postal systems, if your shipment is not received within 10-15 business days of our Shipment Advice email, please let us know immediately and we will attempt to assist you in locating the shipment. Shipments are not insured unless you specifically request - insurance costs are charged at cost to you.
    5. All our orders are shipped via Australia Post International Standard or Express Post
    6. When your package shows as arriving in your country please follow it through your local postal system with the same tracking number as it will then be more accurate. If you are not home your parcel will go to your local post office for you to pick up from.
